International ReturnsAll international returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number in advance. Please email email@example.com to obtain a RA and further instructions. All goods with a RA must be received within 30 days after a RA has been issued. Returns sent to Model Rectifier Corporation (MRC) without receiving a RA number may result in the liquidation of your item.
The cost of shipping and proper packing of the returned product is the responsibility of the customer. MRC does not pay international return shipping costs nor accept responsibility for damage during shipping.
Return shipments are the legal responsibility of the customer, and all compliance issues with your selected shipper must be met.
