Item: 39103 M16A1 First major revision to the initial Vietnam M16. Added forward assist request by U.S. Army. Remains in service in limited numbers in the US, but is still standard issue in many of the world’s armies.
Officially licensed by Colt®...This M16 model is part of a series of detailed, realistic, 1/3 scale, miniature Military rifles. Each includes a display stand that can hold more than one rifle; horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Each with a distinct gift box. Photographs do not do justice to the engineering and accuracy in each of these pre-built, pre-painted Colt firearms. Part of a museum quality series "Platinum Collectibles Assembled Models".
