Repairs & Service

Please contact our customer service department for an RA number (Return Authorization) before returning your product.

1) We may be able to resolve your problem promptly via phone or email.
2) If your problem is resolved, you will avoid the cost of shipping.
3) Products with RA numbers are serviced first. Communicating with us prior to returning your product will speed up the repair process.

International Returns

All international returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number in advance. Please email mrcsupport@modelrectifier.com to obtain a RA and further instructions. All goods with a RA must be received within 30 days after a RA has been issued. Returns sent to Model Rectifier Corporation (MRC) without receiving a RA number may result in the liquidation of your item.


The cost of shipping and proper packing of the returned product is the responsibility of the customer. MRC does not pay international return shipping costs nor accept responsibility for damage during shipping.

Return shipments are the legal responsibility of the customer, and all compliance issues with your selected shipper must be met.
