TECH 4 250 & 350 Quick Setup STEP 1 - Turn unit on STEP 2 - Press "Program Button" (Program LED will light) STEP 3 - Adjust starting voltage, (Tech 4 250 only) STEP 4 - Adjust momentum (Both Units) with the throttle dial. Press "Momentum" button. STEP 5 - Adjust maximum voltage (Both Units) with throttle dial. Press "Maximum Volts" button. STEP 6 - Re-press "Program Button". (Program LED light will go out) STEP 7 - Run your train!!! It's that simple!
